By creating an account you agree to what follows. We have written it to be read, not to be skipped.

01 — YOUR ACCOUNT

You need an account to use V≡CTOR, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
One account is for one person. Accounts are not shared or transferred.
You must be 16 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

02 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

The free plan is free indefinitely and does not require a card.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in South African rand through our payment provider.
Renewal is automatic until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
Prices can change with notice. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

03 — WHAT V≡CTOR IS NOT

V≡CTOR provides decision support and personal development guidance generated in part by AI.
It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service.
If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

04 — AI OUTPUT

Analysis, plans and answers are generated and can be incomplete or wrong.
Scores are estimates from your own self-reported answers, not clinical measurements.
Treat every recommendation as a proposal to evaluate, not an instruction to obey.

05 — ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use V≡CTOR to harass, impersonate, or share content that is unlawful or abusive.
Do not attempt to access other people's data, probe the system for vulnerabilities, or resell access.
Circle is a private accountability space: what a friend shares with you stays between you.

06 — YOUR CONTENT

You own what you write. You grant us only the permission needed to store it and generate your analysis.
You can export or delete your content at any time. Deletion is permanent.

07 — AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
