01 — WHO OPERATES V≡CTOR

02 — YOUR ACCOUNT

You need an account to use V≡CTOR, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure.
One account is for one person. Accounts are not shared or transferred.
During beta you must be 18 or older to create an account.
When a new current Terms or Privacy version is published, V≡CTOR may require an explicit new legal record before authenticated use continues.

03 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Personal, Student and Business are separate paid products. Buying one does not include the others. Approved monthly/annual prices are displayed per product in ZAR and a provider checkout is available only after its actual offer is configured.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance in South African rand and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.
Normal subscription cancellation stops the next renewal; paid access may continue until the end of the verified period already paid for. Expiry restricts paid operations; it is not an instruction to delete academic or company records.
Where more than one product subscription exists, account deletion handles each linked provider subscription rather than treating the latest one as the whole billing account.
Permanent account deletion is a durable staged operation: linked Paddle subscriptions are cancelled before account data and authentication are removed, and an interrupted deletion resumes from durable state rather than being treated as complete.
The Free plan does not require a payment card. Features and limits may change as the service develops.
Refund eligibility is handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.
Prices can change with notice. Changes do not retroactively alter a period already paid for.

04 — WHAT V≡CTOR IS NOT

V≡CTOR provides decision support for Personal, academic-learning assistance for Student and operating strategy support for Business, generated in part by AI. It does not provide accredited academic qualifications, medical diagnoses or guaranteed business or grade outcomes.
It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a crisis service.
If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

05 — AI OUTPUT

Analysis, Experiments and answers are generated and can be incomplete or wrong.
Scores and interpretations are based on available evidence; UNKNOWN is a valid state and V≡CTOR should not manufacture certainty.
Treat recommendations as proposals to evaluate, not instructions to obey. User authority remains above AI authority.

06 — ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not use V≡CTOR to harass, impersonate, or share content that is unlawful or abusive.
Do not attempt to access other people's data, bypass access controls, abuse rate limits or resell access.
Circle is a private accountability space. Respect the privacy and confidentiality of what another person chooses to share with you.

07 — YOUR CONTENT & DATA CONTROLS

You retain rights in what you write. You give V≡CTOR the permission needed to store, process and use that content to provide the service and its reasoning features.
Profile → Privacy & Data Controls provides the current self-service data export, lifecycle explanation and permanent account deletion controls.
Permanent account deletion removes the account-linked product state covered by the deletion process. Limited de-identified security evidence, a minimal deletion-integrity fingerprint and provider-controlled billing records may have different lifecycles as described in the Privacy Policy.
If a deletion step cannot complete safely, V≡CTOR keeps the durable request incomplete and retries or stops fail-closed rather than falsely reporting a half-deleted account as complete.

08 — AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

V≡CTOR is developed continuously, so features, limits and plans may change, expand or be replaced.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create a security/abuse risk.

09 — LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
